For the sake of your teeth, do NOT go here. The dental hygienist with the pixie cut did a worse job than her hairdresser. extremely rough and inaccurate. i left still bleeding and in excruciating pain from only a CLEANING!!!!! ridiculous and money hungry thief's. Dr. T and his team are greatly missed. do not ever trust these people with your teeth.

Dental Arts was incredible in taking us as a new patient in an emergency. We had a wonderful experience with everyone we met, and had our options clearly explained to us.

Melinda is an excellent hygienist. I was so scared to get my teeth cleaned because so many hygienists have hurt me but he calming and gentle nature has helped me get through it. I will not go for a teeth cleaning with anybody else.

I called due to an emergency. My tooth broke and I was worried and in a bit of pain. They made room for me the next day and were so gentle, and thorough. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. Dr. M was extraordinary and made sure I was comfortable the entire time she was fixing my tooth. Highly recommend and will be going back for the crown!

First timer here. Excellent service from start to finish. Warm and attentive front desk. Always a gamble with a new dental hygienist, but fortunately no assault charges will pressed on Nuvia—in fact, the complete opposite, I’ll lavish praise. Glad to say I checked out of there—after a thorough exam by the doctor, post-cleaning—painlessly, and with tingling teeth. Will be returning.

Terrible front desk service. 1. Had a root canal done 9months ago and have been chasings them to figure out billing with my insurance company ever since. Every time I checked in on the matter, they told me they would get back to me by Friday. After 9 months they finally did but my balance was well higher than what they had estimated. I have little confidence they did the paperwork correctly 2. Needed to have a wisdom tooth pulled, front desk scheduled me for an extraction to only call me day-of to tell me that they need to move my appointment and that they would call me back with a date. Never called me back. When i called, they told me to go to another practice but wanted to collect payment on #1. The dentists seem to be good but the coordination is just terrible.

They are great, friendly and professional.

Dr Toccafondi retired and his staff no longer work here, so keep that in mind when reading reviews. At this new practice I was over billed $600 and it took months to get a refund - the woman at the front desk kept giving me the runaround ("I need to speak to my regional manager" (?) "I don't have any checks" etc.). I need to feel comfortable and reassured at the dentist and unfortunately this place just makes me feel disrespected. UPDATE: adjusting my rating after speaking with Chris Galutia, operations manager, who offered a sincere apology (which usually goes a long way in these situations, and late is better than never). If anyone needs to escalate an issue with this office, I recommend speaking with Chris!

Front desk was efficient and welcoming. First time seeing Dr.Tamar and she was friendly and explained everything she was going to do. As usual Nuvia was great!

Choosing to see a dentist with the risks of Covid, not an easy decision. Dr. Toccafondi and staff followed Covid procedures to a tee, spacing out patients. PPE . With the loss of appts., Dr. Toccafondi did not push treatments. His honesty remains intact. I will not go to anyone else.

I recently returned for my 6-month cleaning and was pleased with both the quality of service and the precautions taken to ensure patient safety.

I have complete confidence in Dr. Toccafondi, who has been treating me for decades. He is highly skilled and is guided only by what is best for the patient. All the hygienists are fine, but I have come to feel really comfortable with Maggie, who is very skilled and personable. I highly recommend this practice!

I had such a great experience at Dental Arts of Hastings-on-Hudson! The staff were all so friendly and the check in process was simple. The hygienist who worked on me was really nice, took her time, and explained everything that she was doing. She also gave me recommendations to improve my dental hygiene. Overall, the entire team made me feel comfortable, especially during COVID, so I will continue seeing the doctors at this practice.

From the first time I was in this office with my husband I felt welcome and comfortable. I quickly noticed how well staff members worked easily with each other. The hygienist answered the telephone when the receptionist was busy, that kind of thing. Maggie gave me a very good cleaning and exam. She had a lovely mix of friendly and professional. And given the Covid-19 challenges, the arrangement of her workspace and her work with me were very comfortable and I felt we both were safe.

This dentist off is sterile immaculate and offers a sense of peaceful calm. I was afraid to go during this COVID19 pandemic but was quickly out at ease. They have all protocols in place and act efficient and professional. My visit was speedy yet precise. In and out with great results.
